Please Join us in creating this showcase for rural development, in all aspects, demonstrating a better way of human interfacing the natural world. We consider your donation an investment and feel the need for integrity and accountability. We thank you for helping to ensure a better future for all.
This Phase is part of the overall vision of Rainbird Rising, NSP and Rainbird Village, to build a movement which will eventually create whole systems, resilient villages across rural America that include the infrastructure for Jobs, Housing, Education, Health & Wellness, Regenerative Agriculture, Clean Energy, Secure Telecom, Trade, Community Conviviality, and Personal Thrivability where people can enjoy life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness free from the conventional extractionist economic treadmill. It's a big project but don't be shy. Small donations when grouped together signal large donors that the project has broad appeal and wide-spread interest. Budget: (1) Land price: $84 Million for almost 5000 acres of prime land. Land price includes about $20 Million in 1890 Water Rights, plus Structures costing more than $160 Million to build. (2) Regenerative Overall Site Plan. Design, Layout, Architecture and New Construction: $44 Million
