Existing buildings will be outfitted as Holistic Health facilities, Event Center, and Restaurant so as to create revenue generation immediately. The Institute will be built as a demonstration site of holistic educational development. Universities are intentional communities, and we will create an example of "The University" as a means of Village creation. We will also be seeking accreditation. The entire area will be mapped and evaluated for whole systems watershed and forest management, as well as regenerative agriculture and human habitat creation. The desire is to create a showcase for rural development, in all aspects, demonstrating a better way of human interfacing the natural world. ​
